Senior Saints offers informal drop-in sessions designed so that anyone of any age or ability can turn up on the day to take part.
The Senior Saints Racket Sports class is a drop-in session designed specifically for active older adults. There are opportunities to play badminton, table tennis and short tennis whilst taking each class at your own pace.
Due to coronavirus restrictions the class is currently only one hour long and we are unfortunately unable to offer our customary break for tea/coffee.
The Senior Saints circuits class runs for 60-minutes and is aimed at active older adults interested in improving their health and wellbeing through balance, strength and coordination techniques.
